Challenge & Opportunity

Coldwater Creek required a freelance Art Director with deep catalog expertise to concept and execute seasonal print catalogs ranging from 72 to 124+ pages following a high-profile brand refresh. The objective was to maintain overarching brand continuity while crafting distinct visual chapters that elevated product presentation, deepened customer affinity, and optimized merchandise layout for high conversion.

Strategic & Creative Leadership

Editorial Direction: Understanding of the macro brand strategy and micro-level page execution, concepted and designed seasonal catalog drops, translating merchandising stories into high-impact, multi-page visual chapters.
Merchandise Placement & Page-Level Storytelling: Integrated deep retail merchandising knowledge to structure individual page compositions, using strategic SKU placement, visual hierarchy, and localized storytelling to trigger customer action. Applied newly evolved visual standards to inspire customer without crowding the page.
